Payment Information

Registration will be confirmed when the Congress organisers has received full payment.

Admission to the Congress is granted only if the Congress organisers have received the full registration fee. Delegates, who have made late payments, should bring a proof of payment to the Congress. Failure to present this on request give the Congress organisers the right to charge the amount to your credit card.

To meet with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI DSS) and to further enhance the security of your credit card transaction when making your online booking you will be directed to a secure payment gateway hosted solution via Barclaycard. All account balances will receive a request for payment, via email from SOE2023registration@associationsltd.co.uk which will detail your account overview. Please ensure that your email address is entered clearly as all correspondence will be by email.

Payment Of Registration

Payment will be taken in EUROs and should be made in advance by one of the following methods:

• Visa, MasterCard, Maestro and JCB may be used for payment of registration. Please enter your card details when requested during registration.

• Bank transfer are to be made to Barclays Bank. Bank details will be provided on your invoice when you complete your registration.

Please indicate your full name and registration reference number shown on your email confirmation, on all money transfers. The SOE 2023 Congress Secretariat will not be responsible for identifying funds transferred directly into the account when the name of the participant or reference number is not mentioned, nor will the SOE 2023 Congress Secretariat accept charges of bank fees associated with the transfer.

From 26 May 2023, the SOE 2023 registration department will only accept credit cards as payment.

We would like to alert all participants to be aware of possible scams and to strongly advise you to only use the official SOE 2023 Website https://soe2023.soevision.org/ as well as the official SOE 2023 accommodation link on the congress website.
Any other companies are in no way connected with SOE 2023, the European Society of Ophthalmology  and we therefore cannot vouch for the services they are offering. We strongly advise you to not share any credit card details with them. Unfortunately, these fraudulent websites cannot be prevented and we sincerely regret all your inconveniences
